Lendlease and JLL have developed the WorkLife® program to achieve better outcomes in user experience, health and wellbeing, the indoor environment, safety, productivity, and efficiency. WorkLife enables users to thrive at work and beyond. It is a membership service that provides curated content, services, in-person experiences and spaces exclusively to people working in a Lendlease office building.

WorkLife was designed to act as an all-encompassing customer experience platform, blending the digital and physical experience. Through WorkLife’s custom-built app, tenants can order food and beverages using an online ordering service. This process saves the tenant considerable time, meaning that they can skip the queue and enjoy a few extra minutes recharging, or head back to work sooner. It also helps to maximise sales for retailers within building precincts.

WorkLife partners with many charities and social enterprises to give back to the community, taking its members along for the journey and making them feel like they are helping to create impact in the world.

WorkLife has been a resounding success, reaching its goals of improving the customer experience of people who work in Lendlease buildings. Using a series of regular content, events and competitions, as well as national campaigns, WorkLife has seen a year-on-year sign-up growth of 73.87% at March 2023. Lendlease’s innovative approach to sustainability through the incorporation of wellness has resulted in an engaged community who are more eager to come to work and make connections in their building.
